Quality signing for Salford, but I fail to see why he's not signed for a far better team.

Agreed, you would've thought he'd have his pick of any/most SL teams. Strange choice, wonder what made him choose them, maybe Dan Holdsworth being there swayed him, familiar face and all that

He's at the end of his career and probably wants to go to a team where as far as i can see wouldn't be much competition for spots especially someone of his calibre. Not to mention they probably offered more than other teams were willing to pay.

He could have gone to Huddersfield for definite first team rugby.

Yeah and nathan brown was at dragons as a player before he moved to bulldogs. So familar faces and all that. That said i think hudds isn't exactly flushed with cash.
