Ospreys deserved the win.

CO'T was MIA and only came to light when he got yellow carded. Morgan Allen at 8 was good and I think the Ospreys would be better set going with him instead of Tom Smith. Tom Haberfield was also dangerous at scrumhalf. Was hoping that Ross Jones at 15 would show that he is a good player but conditions did not allow him to do that. Still believe he would be a better option for the Ospreys than Barry Davies. Watermeyer looked dangerous and as Derwyn Jones said would be a good option now that Beck is off with Wales.

Good to see Luke Williams (from Aberystwyth) get the final score also.

I think Steffan and Lewis will be pretty good inside backs for us, they just need some more time. Glad to see Luke score on his debut.

Williams born and bred in Aberystwyth. Moved from Aber to Coleg Sir Gar to earn a full time Scarlets Academy contract. Was released by the Scarlets and was then picked up by Cross Keys RFC and The Dragons. He has also played for Wales 7s on the unofficial circuit.

Great first 20 minutes, then the scrums killed the game. I was very impressed by Watermeyr, seems a very similar player to beck, but slightly bigger, even if he doesn't seem to have the vision. Strikes me as a good signing, probably going to find himself in the first-choice 22 before too long if he keeps it up.

Good to know then. We need some power in the midfield (among other things...) and I like to see academy boys coming through the club.
