Hey Guys I'm kinda asking for help here. This winter i haven't really gotten out and tried to get back in shape for this Fall Season and kinda lost motivation to work out and everything. Don't get me wrong I still love rugby, watching it and playing it but just can't get my lazy ass up. I'm asking for what you guys do to motivate yourself to get out and in the best shape you can?
 
I don't.... I go to training twice a week, I do weights at home, I can't be bothered to run around my block.

I would say invest in a good whip and chase yourself with it. BUT THAT SAID, I do this thing when I'm training my kick off catching ability and that's if I drop it I add 10 more that I have to catch in a row, A few weeks ago I ended up having to catch 60 in a row.
