Mouse and Selection issue

Hey guys I recently downloaded RC3 on my laptop, the game works and I even managed to successfully install the mods. But there is one issue, my mouse icon doesn't show when I'm in the game plus I can't select other teams except for international when in quick play, my page up and down buttons for some reason also doesn't work. Does anybody know what might be the issue and if I can fix it?
