Mouth ulcers

Is there anything more annoying than these horrible things? I have got 4 at the moment, each one total agony leaving me barely able to speak.

Had one on my tounge the other day, that was very uncomfortable. Still, they're better than a stomach or intestinal ulscer, I'll vouch for that.

just get the sore medicine, it numbs them up good and helps them heal
