How to gain muscle mass without using protein shakes after workout?
I think I'm too young to drink protein shakes if I'm only 16.

Adding protein to your diet is simply modifying your eating habits. There are a lot of ways to get more protein in your diet to help increase your muscle mass. How to gain muscle mass without using protein shakes after workout?

I bet that guy in your FB profile pic gave you a few good tips, RC. He's f***ing massive!!!Great advice, guys!
Yeah, i've long since talked to my friends from previous rugby clubs, but when i want to gain size there's no better person than your local roider who competes in body building.
He may be jacked up to the eyeballs with steroids, killing himself quickly and shrinking his balls, but he's got dedication to the cause and he's no doubt working out twice as often as anyone else (thanks to increased recovery) and eating really well to fight off any fat.
Roy (a 42 year old ex competitor) told me when i was only 132lbs that i just need to eat.
I'm paraphrasing, but: "Eat. Eat well, don't eat ****. Eat chicken, and rice, and fish, and pasta. Drink milk, just eat loads. If you've gone 90 minutes without food it's time for another meal. Force it down you. You'll gag, you'll hate chicken, fish and all the others, but it'll f***ing work. Go to the gym every day and you'll pile on the pounds."
I honestly did this. I just forced myself to eat. I trained every day to accompany my 8 (relatively) healthy meals - i wasn't brilliantly educated with nutrition back then, but i was doing well.
And within 4 months of doing this non stop, i went from 132lbs to 148lbs.
It was a huge increase but i was still small.
I've plateaued as of late, due to travelling america for the past 2 years, but i always eat well and i remain at a 155lbs, 10% body fat...hitting the gym in the new year tho.[/b]
