Anyone who's ever rolled his eyes at the bragging at the average drink-up knows that rugby is no stranger to fiction. What's odd to me, given rugby's on-field action, off-field hilarity, and millions of loyal followers worldwide, is the complete lack of quality rugby fiction in the modern publishing world.

I'm hoping to change that, one book at a time. A few months ago, I published my own modest contribution to the new rugby fiction genre: Loose Head. To quote from the publisher's description:

"A glorious old-boy rugby tour to the most debauched city on the planet. A pitiless blackmailer. A savage murder. And in the middle of it all, DI Dex Reed, Metrolopitan Police detective and flanker for the Hastewicke Gentlement First XV. His task: to catch a killer while protecting his oldest friends' darkest secrets -- and his own."

I wanted to introduce myself to the contributors here at Supersupporter, and invite you to check out Loose Head. It's currently available only in electronic format (Kindle, iBooks etc.), but at $1.99 U.S., it's not a wallet-buggering investment. You can find it on Amazon at http://www.amazon.co...28827196&sr=1-1. Thanks, and let me know what you think!
