Grayson (I think it's him anyway?) on BT Sport is not exactly injecting excitement into the affair

How is that a try? Came off of Read's face. Isn't that a knock on?

Fingers crossed for some pride to be restored to the NH, but that was an ominous sign. Ireland need to kick to touch and break the game up. The high ball needs to be used sparingly. Think kiwis by 25.

Not sure how that try was awarded.

I think Moody's going to the bin.

Joe Moody yellow. This might get interesting.

Love the Irish maul. All Blacks under extreme pressure.

Ref getting stuck into that maul there

Edit: really like how Read talks to the referee. Sounds daft but he really knows how to talk to them to keep on their good books but also get his point across.

Can you then purposfully header the ball forward?

You could but I'm not sure in which situation it would be more advantageous than just kicking.

Surprised that was given. This could be huge.

The amount of time TMO's take is infuriating.

There's probably something mentioning intention somewhere in there.
Like how you're allowed to lose control of the ball forwards but regather it, but you can't throw it over the top of the defence and catch it on the other side

Hm. Our commentators are saying you could see the ball drop to the ground.

You can already see the difference in terms of speaking to the referee. Kieran read speaks and referee is polite and agrees, rory best speaks and it's i'm in charge here.
