He tackles around the legs, gets the player down, springs up, and if there's no immediate support he steals the ball. The next heaviest is me at 95kg and 6ft and then all the rest are 105kg+. This guy may not be able to smash other players, but he certainly gets the job done, and that's all you need to do too!</p><p></p><p>It's all about slowly building you confidence by quite simply going for it.
