therugbysite.com is a great coaching site. Wayne Smith (All Black attacking guru) has some great videos on attack (including a simple same-way attack pattern that most every team in the world uses), Graham Henry has some solid videos on team defense, Courtney Lawes with breakdown defense...it's an awesome site and has certainly helped me become both a better coach and player (SUBSCRIPTION).
http://www.betterrugbycoaching.com is another phenomenal site, their forum is also great:

http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/community/ is a great forum, you just have to dig to find stuff. If you look for articles on the main site (
http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com) from Scott Allen, they are extremely detailed in the breakdown of the Wallabies and their opponents.
Hope these work out for you, PM me or post here if you have any questions!
