Orange Velodrome - Champions Cup 2022 - can't download tickets?

We bought tickets for the Champions Cup 2020. As we know, cancelled twice, and now looking forward to May 28th 2022 but.... I can't seem to download the tickets from the Orange Velodrome ticket site. They are there, the date is correct, seats are the same, but I'm unable to download them. On the original invoice, it said you will be able to download in March 2020, so sort of assumed I would be able to download in March 2022 but nope. A friend has an order with seats next to us and has the same issue. No email support and can't get through on the French support number. Anyone having similar problems and know more?
