Under the current Laws, in the case of PG failure the ball is still in play.
However, I think that this is illogical. For example, when the ball is bounced by goal post, there can be a chance for try. In the case of success, the PG side scores only 3, but in the case of failure the PG side has chance of try. This is nonsense.
In the case of PG failure, the ball must be dead, and re-start must be from kick-off.

And, under the current Laws, goal from FK is not allowed. But goal from FK should also be allowed (1 point).

You can score a goal from a FK. You tap the ball and then drop kick it.

Right where to begin with this...
It's not nonsense as any tries that come from it are 1) Rare, so doesn't really warrant being looked at and 2) A defensive cock up, as they weren't paying enough attention to the ball!

Actually no you can't. The team awarded the free kick can't score a drop goal until a ball carrier has been tackled, the ball has gone dead or the opposition touch the ball. So the nearest a team could go to scoring from a free kick would be tap the ball, take it into contact and set up a ruck, pass it back for the DG.
