Playing with a sunburn

So I was at the beach yesterday and got a nasty sunburn on my upper body! I'm all pink and it hurts. Best part is I have a rugby game tomorrow and I play second row! Does anyone have any tips or advice for me because I'm willing to do almost anything, I don't want this pain to affect my performance on the pitch and there is no way I am sitting out. Please help!
