Is there anybody who works in professional rugby who faced political tricks and other nasty behaviours from rugby union members ?
I'm a former rugby administrator,I collaborated with namibian national team's players,we were opening our own rugby club with the aim to participate to high level competitions abroad and help namibian players to become more competitive for international stages but after 2 years of work the project was closed.
As I said we faced a lot of negative behaviours from several unions,often we didn't get authorization to enter in a competition only because we didn't have hands tied with someone in the unions but often we received also death threats
I completely lost passion for rugby but I wish that rugby could remain a clean sport,because I saw enough dirty things in rugby
