Hello everybody!
My name is João, I'm Portuguese, rugby game will be 1 year, I advanced (number 1), I measure 1.81 cm and weight 96 kg the last ves have measured my BF was in 17.5%.
I do not like to be the number 1, do not like to be first in line, this is because I love to beat their opponents lol and the first line can not get out of the scrum to get into.
I liked to be the number 8 of my team, but I am very broad shoulders, the last time the measure was 1.36 cm in diameter ... and also do not know what I need to train to be the number 8.
Someone can tell me what I should train to be a good number 8?
