I never said chuck them straight in there. I suggested that they will be the next big things. Read will be 34 in 2019, and Kaino will be 36. It's obvious that they will probably step up into those roles. There are 4 years to give them enough experience, because, let's be fair... I don't think either of Read/Kaino will be there. I know we're going to lose a lot of experience in both areas of the park, but realistically, all that matters are World Cups. South Africa are going to be building for 2019 with their young core, and I think that's how we should approach it, even if we are the #1 and world champions. As I said, Ioane would have to have a breakout season in Super Rugby, like he did in ITM. Yes they are different levels, but as a number 8, you shouldn't really lead the field in number of players beaten. He's not a back, that's a huge stat. You can also tell when the top percentage of talent in NZ play ITM, they make it look easy. He did, he displayed things you see from current All Blacks coming back down to ITM, making other teams, and players, look average. Savea has already been playing Super Rugby for 3 seasons, is it now? And he's already been to a final, he is 22. He played well for Wellington, so I guess he'll have an improvement in Super.
