Georgia A won the match comfortably 25-8, but unfortunately were indisciplined, two yellow cards and a red card

is the combined Principality Premiership vs Georgia A going to be shown on TV?

also can a moderator change the ***le to Georgia A please, as that is what the squad is officially called

***le will not change as it's what the press release was called. If you disagree with it then I suggest you email the WRU Media officer to explain it to him. Not being funny and all but thats what they issued the ***le as and that's what it staying as.

As for TV, looks unlikely. However would not be suprised if S4C cover it.

Some players called up for the Premiership XV:

Owen Evans (Llandovery) Prop
Lloyd Howell (Aberavon) Prop
Will Taylor (Aberavon / Ospreys) Prop
Marc Breeze (Aberavon / Blues) Hooker
Haydn Pugh (Carmarthen Quins) Second Row
James Davies (Carmarthen Quins) Flanker
Chris Davies (Aberavon) Number 8
David Pritchard (Aberavon) Scrum Half
Jamie Davies (Aberavon) Fly Half
Matthew Jacobs (Llandovery) Center
Jason Harries (Carmarthen Quins) Center
Lee Rees (Llandovery) Wing
Richard Carter (Aberavon) Wing

There are 6 players called up from Neath also, be interesting to know who the 6 are.

Squad has been announced:

Principality Premiership XV Squad

Forwards: Lloyd Howells (Aberavon), Will Taylor (Aberavon), Andrew Brown (Newport), Marc Jones (Cross Keys), Ryan Harford (Pontypridd), Gerwyn Price (Cross Keys), Sam Kiley (Swansea), Adam Powell (Llanelli), Haydn Pugh (Carmarthen Quins), Chris Davies (Aberavon), Ben Thomas (Bridgend), Robert Nash (Cross Keys), Morgan Allen (Aberavon)

Is this like an all star team or just players they could get together for the match?

Bit surprising the squad selected because Owen Evans of Llandovery was selected to be part of the initial training squad then he did not make the cut. Neath were worried that 6 of their players were going to be selected but no Neath player has been selected or that from Ponty. So it's deffo not the best available set of players.

Principality Premiership XV v Georgia International XV

Geraint O'Driscoll (Pontypool), Richard Carter (Aberavon), Matthew Jacobs (Llandovery), Scott Williams (Newport), Lee Rees (Llandovery); Steffan Jones (Cross Keys), David Pritchard (Aberavon); Richard Cornock (Cross Keys), Gerwyn Price (Cross Keys), Marc Jones (Cross Keys), Adam Powell (Llanelli), Haydn Pugh (capt, Carmarthen Quins), Ben Thomas (Bridgend), James Davies (Carmarthen Quins), Morgan Allen (Aberavon)

Not a bad back row at all, and certainly a good front row ;)
Wonder if Stef will be available for selection on Friday as well.

Here is the Georgia "A" (or Georgia International XV as the WRU are now calling them) team to face the Principality Premiership XV

15. Saba Nikolava (Armia)
14. Zura Dzneladze (AIA)
13. Irakli Chkhikvadze (Armia)
12. Giorgi Jimsheladze (Armia)
11. Lexo Gugava (Lelo)
10. Irakli Gegenava (Lelo)
9. Giorgi Kacharava (Lelo)
1. Irakli Mirtskhulava (Tarbes, France)
2. Shalva Mamukashvili (Armia)
3. Giorgi Menabdishvili (Grenoble, France)
4. Mikheil Gachechiladze (Academy)
5. Davit Chitidze (Armia)
6. Beka Bitsadze (Armia)
7. Givi Berishvili (Lokomotivi)
8. George Tkesheliadze (Gloucester, England)

16. Beka Mekokishvili (Armia)
17. Levan Chilachava (Toulon)
18. Jaba Kikvidze (Westcliff, England)
19. Giorgi Tkhilaishvili (Armia)
20. Sandro Nijaradze (Gloucester, England)
21. Giga Gagoshvili (Armia)
22. Beka Urjukelashvili (Figeac, France)

Mikautadze has been banned for 6 weeks for his red card in the Esher match, Jaba Kikvidze has been called up to replace him presumably only really because he is based in England and Georgia "A" have brought a small squad

two players to watch out for are:

Beka Bitsadze - a young strong lock/back rower type of player, reportedly signed for the Brive Espoirs squad for next season
Givi Berishvili - impossible not to spot as he has big hair and a beard, made a couple of substitute appearances at the World Cup, one of just two of that side who played at the World Cup

I don't know whether the match will be on TV

Match won't be on TV but apparently a possibility that the game will be streamed off the WRU website / highlights package on there.

Tryyy!!!! The scoreline describes a very tense and interesting game its a pity there is no live :(

so what is this Principality Premiership XV anyway ?

a collection of players from Welsh clubs from the Principality Premiership (Swansea, Llanelli etc), merged together to make a team

a few of the players have experience with Welsh regions, but not really a lot of it

32-36 now to Georgia A, 74 minutes
