I've never been able to watch anything on therir player called "the platform" Anyone else had the same issue. I wrote them this email quote "I've never been able to watch anything on your player. I'm in USA and there is no message that would lead me to believe the broadcasts were not available here. I have realplayer and VLC as my programs on both my laptop and desktop. What am I missing?
There was no info on net when searching for "the platform player". Everytime I got through to a rep from the company they were more concerned as to who I was rather than offering any help. Most peculiar
