Got the full version last night.
To sidestep, you move the right stick 90-degrees in relation to the left stick, either way.
I.E. if you're running left, you sidestep by moving the right stick up or down.
For a hand off, you move the right stick 180-degrees in relation to the left stick.
I.E. if your running left, you hand off by moving the right stick to the right.
For a shoulder charge, you move the right stick in the same direction as the left stick.
I.E. if you're running left, you shoulder charge by moving the right stick to the left.
An interesting fact: by moving the right stick DIAGONALLY in relation to the left stick, you can actually pull off combo moves.
I.E. if you're running left, and you flick the right stick right and up, you'll do a combination sidestep and hand off.
