Don't even have to look at their IDs in my mind if a player is unlicensed its technically a dummy player.

From what Iv'e seen career mode takes players from the countries etc which is high rated. Now if you have all those players which is fake rated high they get selected. So I tag them brings their stats down also assigns them a country which isn't used in the game. So they won't get selected. ever.

This also makes it easier to then go and replace someone instead of creating new ones and the DB becomes unstable.
