if the exiles signed every irish player outside of ireland
1 would they have a team
and two what would it look like and how good would it be

Assuming this team lined up in the Premiership, the backs would be alright and from 4-8 they're not too bad. The front row would be mullered though. I'd say they'd struggle around the same position as Sale Sharks or Newcastle Falcons but would be better than the rubbish Leeds Tykes.

i know its pure fantasy but id love to see the exiles actually be a 5th province and have lots more irish players
they could run nearly a development / [layer share thing
eg mc fadden or toner (last year) who are struggling to get game time due tp established internationals at club could play as an exile

Conal I doubt that would ever work because if the IRFU are involved alot of players would still want out and well a 5th province would be financially disastrous for the rest of us.
