The french website also mentions "key players" feature and quick penalties.

There is no mention of online play.

What worries me is the tagline "All the intensity of international matches". Are they going a step backward license-wise ?

The UK website now has a release date : 17-02-2006

It was on "TBA" earlier in the day

And France is standard pal, but EA sports games have separate languages in general, ie the Rugby 2005 was french only.

I'm pretty sure it is...

Doesn't mean it's a standard date as proved by RC2006, but EA usually go for a Pan-European release I think...

Strange as the french site was showing a different release date for the PS2 compared to the xbox and PC. March I believe it was.

UK shows all 3 released at same time though.

Not my fault EA won't release a game in NA on PC they didn't release 2005 on PC in NA
