Requesting club names/corresponding numbers

Hi all,

I have the newest DLC, and I want to add the real logo's for the teams with generic ones. Can someone please provide me with a list of the club names and corresponding numbers?

If I understood well how the db works you have to run as slow as you can the Advance (slow down with the process speed bar). Now, the teams are 323. When there is the phase with the badge (result updating or similar) you can argue which number is related to each team simply taking note the number (x/323) that appears when the team bedge appears.
I hope I was enough clear. I know that in this way it is a mess but better than nothing...
