Sorry if this is a bit of a dumb question; I know it could be answered with "google", but the problem with that is figuring out what's worthwhile and what was written by someone almost as uninformed as I am.

I've never played, the old thing of spending school PE lessons getting continually spear and dump tackled put me off (and I've never had much pace) so outside of that the most I've done is pass a ball around with a friend in the park. So while I know the rules and know a tiny amount from just watching internationals and handfuls of club games, all the subtleties, tactics and so on go over my head. Are there any good articles, youtube videos or whatever out there to help me catch up with this sort of thing?

( and sods law, seconds after posting I found a nice thing on the RFU's website, which I guess has to count as a pretty reliable source! :) But if anyone has any other suggestions they'd very be welcome too)
