Rugby injury and recovery time! This is what has happened to me

Well it has been 9 weeks since my dislocation of my knee and 8 weeks since my MCL was repaired!! I have had the last 4 weeks where I've had to get my knee to bend to 90deg which has been a lot of work and hurts like hell!!! The surgeons wanted range of motion before the did the key hole surgery!! So today is D Day I meet with the surgeons to see when they are going to do this next op...I have put in the hard work so I hope they get me in and get it done!!

I really really am over this not being able to do anything and hate having to rely on everyone to do everything for me!!
