According to the Rugby Union laws,

Field of play -- 100m (min 94m)
In-goal -- 6m~22m (under the former laws, "as close to 22m as possible, at least 10m if possible, minimum 6m". When changed?)
Width -- 70m (min 68m)

I suggest:

106m (94m+6m+6m) --minimum
112m (100m+6m+6m)
120m (100m+10m+10m)
144m (100m+22m+22m) --maximum

Width 70m or 68m

By the way, Rugby League's in-goal depth is 6m~11m. I think that 6m is best. 100m+6m+6m-112m. 112m is 7/9 of 144m. This is mathematically beautiful. (Although I have never seen 22m in-goal)

Why do you like to change rugby all the time ?

I propose the rugby pitch be the size of a reasonably large paddling pool with water and all and only played by people who can limbo under your average dining room chair.

finally a serious and reasonable suggestion!
