Running Rugby 08 In Window Mode

Is there any way to run Rugby 08 in window mode, I've tried adding -w and -window at the end of the target section of the shortcut and ALT-ENTER but it doesn't work? Are there any software(s) that allow you to force the game(s) into window mode.

Well, it's a testing tool I think so try to uncheck every option to emulate things but I don't know if you will be able to play it normally ...
