I watched it delayed on RugbyPass. It was great, never more than 1 score in it, Belgium great at defense, Samoa seemed to be tiring and brought subs on early, I was waiting for that Belgian try after their subs later came on too. Jeopardy for Samoa right up until 80'. After the whistle the Belgians acting like they had expected to win it.

Samoa also missed the posts on a couple of penalties and both sides were unlucky not to score a couple of other tries.
Samoa drop to 19th in the rankings, so will get a tough RWC pool when they do the draw in 2 weeks. Belgium up to 21st above Romania. (and eliminated)

Samoa qualified to RWC after losing 5 qualifiers and only beating Brazil and Namibia. But it's still a fair outcome, Samoa are worthy of the top 24 when they can get their 1st choice players like today.
