Ah, this one.
I had assumed South American XV was a Uruguay/Brazil/Chile/etc. all stars team, but yeah it looks like (in 2013 at least) it's half Argentine half Uruguayan with a token player from Brazil and Chile.
Do we know anything about who the South American XV players are this time?
