First sign of this going bad and I’m going to bed. I much preferred the 6am kickoffs.

Great to see Tuculet get a start, got some great memories of him playing for the Blues.

Brilliant turnover and bump off from the USA 15. Spent two phases attacking the line before McGinty chucks it away. USA just needed to hammer the line for a few more phases... they're not the all blacks, why try to sling it wide?

Edit: So both sides have bombed a try.

Beautiful pass back inside from the Argentine winger for the try there.

Very disappointing world cup from the eagles, really. You'd have hoped they'd at least not get smashed here

    They could still beat Tonga.

Yeah but their aim will have been to get or at least compete for 3rd. So it's disappointing either way.

If they finish on 0 points it's less than disappointing and more outright crap performance.

This is much better than Argentina played against Tonga. They've been pulling out some moves. There's a chance Sanchez turning it on in this game is just going to make Argentina fans angrier though.

This was a really dire performance

Just based on the Tonga game always being their only realistic chance of a win... and said could not would.

Yeah I’m sure they're disappointed but finishing third in a group containing England, France and Argentina was always gonna be a big ask to be fair.
