Northampton coach Jim Mallinder and captain Dylan Hartley have brushed off criticism from the former England and Lions centre Jeremy Guscott.

Balls... Floaty.

Having read the said article last Sunday, Guscott displayed an ineptitude of ***anic proportions on several factors, including advising Stefan Armatidge to play more like a centre.

Then again, we all know that Guscott is an arrogant c***.

"There is too much of the show pony about Hartley, and there is a suspicion he is not as hard as he would like us to think," he wrote.[/b]

'Guscott continued: "My hunch is that to be consistently good a club needs three first-choice England players, and at the moment Northampton don't have them."'

... I don't know where to begin with that one.

like all these rugby writers, Guscott is ****-stirring to give more publicity to his column.

Fact is, Leicester won the ***le last year with arguably 0 first choice England players.

Also, am I the only one who thinks Armitage should have been converted to hooker a while back... that's what his game would suit most.
