Yes, it again highlights the South African-ness of Saracens. Yes, it is certainly a marketing scheme.
However, I like positive marketing schemes. Having touring sides play local club teams is a great tradition that has been almost totally lost in the professional era. Obviously it's not practical for it to take place all the time, but one-offs like the Munster vs All Blacks game last year, or this one, are exciting events.
Also, it's nice we're beginning to market ourselves well. The Northampton game was a huge success, and if we can bring rugby to a new audience and garner more support then everyone's a winner.
