SBW wins RLIF Player of the Year award

Well there we have it - Sonny-Bill Williams has been named Rugby League International Federation Player of the Year, after holding out Greg Inglis and Danny Brough.

What does everyone think?

Without him, the Roosters would probably not have won the GF and NZ wouldn't be such a big threat to the Roos in the RLWC final. Inglis was solid but by no means an absolute standout.

I might have thought he nearly cost himself this with that mucked up try against Samoa!!! LOL. Just speaks to this guy as an athlete that he can come right back to league and win RLIF player of the year. Probably the best choice of the three candidates.
