Scarlets deny Jones move rumours

Scarlets chief executive Stuart Gallacher has denied newspaper reports that star fly-half Stephen Jones is set to leave the Llanelli-based region.

The 31-year-old Lions pick has been linked with Welsh rivals Cardiff Blues.

Jones rejoined the Scarlets in summer 2006 after spending two seasons with French club Clermont Auvergne.

How big a blow would this be for Scarlets? They don't seem to be doing very 'well' (although Cardiff aren't either and they're entertaining the possibility of a HEC Final).
