I think Schmit should be called up to be Irelands backs coach because look at what he's done with Leinster compared to Gafney with Ireland. I'm not saying he should give up the Leinster job for it but maybe just three days a week in Irish camp training weeks?

Ha I don't think it even possible to do because of ML commitments and these guys in both camps need stability not 3days of 1 guy and 3 off another
