Really disappointing from Italy. They were not a million miles off first choice at 10, centre and wings and Scotland weren't exactly terrifying.

Scotland's replacement scrum looked very good - don't know much about the Italian replacements but any scrum that is that dominant is always a plus

Definatley not Scotlands slickest performance, that said there was some valuble minutes clocked up for the guys who are not maybe in first place for their positions. Olly Smith seemed OK but quietish at 15, Kinghorn may be the preferred option although I think the lack of zip vs a Hogg type wont make us a threat.

Forwards by and large were OK at the scrum, lineout seemed 50/50... The replacement props settled in after a bit which is encouraging. Healy by his own admission didn't have a great game, however there is promise there and a more conventional 10 than Russell who's boot will be his big assett. Really want to see him developed further so there are genuine 10 options as Scotland struggle without Finn in big games.
