Setting up a social club

Hi team,

Some friends and myself are thinking of setting up a social club to start playing some touch rugby this autumn, winter, spring and summer.
Some of the lads are not getting younger and it's a fun way to stay fit and to have an excuse to go for beers after practice.

I already found a couple of variations of games we could play but now I'm looking into getting more warming up exercises.
Does anybody has some suggestions?

If you mean just like get the muscles warm I'd go with dynamic stretches like:

High knees
Lunges
Sumo squats
Leg swings

and a light jog around the pitch while passing a ball is what my team usually do.
 
I thought that a warm up was sitting in the car for ten minutes with the heater on full blast!
