Hey lads, if this hasn't cleared up within another few days i'll be seeing a physio, but until then I'm just wondering if anyone can give me an indication how long it took them to recover from a decent shoulder sprain?
I always tweak it while using dumbbells on my shoulders, but this time i've lost a lot of mobility; I can move the arm forwards (as if reaching for a beer) yet can't extend it outwards from my body (as if you had your arm around someone's shoulder). Did it while making an ankle tap, there were no audible sounds so I'm guessing it's just bone edema and swelling.
