Copy and paste Job from another thread

I know I am a newbie here on the boards but I would really appreciate it if someone threw something together for me, as I am shite with image editing besides cropping in MS paint.

Players: John Hayes (favorite player)

Logo's(if any): Ireland Rugby Football Union Logo

Colors: Green, black and white

Text: " #!*% with The Bull, you get the Horns! "

Sadly, I can't find any pictures of him in the scrum with Ireland so if anyone else can I'd appreciate it.

I'm not picky, I don't have any real design preference, use any of the pictures provided and make it forum legal in dimensions.
