Hi all can anyone tell me wether it's best to stay in twickers area for England vScotland or in centre of London we plan to stay fri sat & sun nights any help appreciated Sty

Is there much accommodation around Twickers?

Matches in London are not like in Cardiff/Dublin or Edinburgh where the post match festivities carry on with fans close by in numbers.

At Twickers, the vast majority drift off and are lost in London or to various parts of the country.

I suppose what I am saying is, treat it as a weekend in London but thoroughly enjoy the pre match atmosphere (around the Twickers' pubs) and the match but see them as an interruption to your otherwise planned weekend in the capital!!

There's a Premier Inn in Richmond that's a short walk to the shuttle bus to HQ (and from Richmond tube station) . Got a room there at short notice on the Saturday of the AP final for a hundred and seventy quid.

Richmond is well served with pubs and restaurants and you'll still find a few rugby supporters around after the match.
