Heres an example of what I consider to be a legitimate dump tackle, where the tackle player is put flat on their back



Technically, you could argue that Lima didn't actually dump his opponent and IMO, that is only because Mr Chiropractor hit him so hard that he bounced off. However, the result was much the same .
