Abit early but so far who do you reckon deserves best sportsman, best sportswoman & best sports team of the year. ill get the ball rolling

Sportsman - Roger Federer (3 majors, cant argue with that)

Sportswoman - Yelena Isinbayeva (pole vault supremo)

Sports team - Arsenal (great premiership season)

sportsman could go really to any athlete at the top of the game.

Sportsman - Martin St. Louis (Stanley Cup, World Cup of Hockey Gold, Hart Trophy, L. B. Pearson MVP Award, Art Ross Trophy)

Stanley Cup = Ice Hockey's most coveted trophy
World Cup fo Hockey Gold = 1st Place Team member at World Cup of Hockey
Hart Trophy = NHL Most valuable player
L.B. Pearson Award = Most valuable player as selected by NHLPA (Louis peers)
Art Ross Trophy = Winner of League scoring ***le

Like i said the topic is just to big to discuss. You could nominate any professional from any respective sport and they could be a candidate.

but there are normally one or two athletes whose achievements overshadow all others. of course everones gonna have their own opinion which is why we have this forum.
