A strange call where the ball was kicked from a penalty but it doesn't go into touch directly but rather rolled out from inside play area. Lineout was to Spain instead of South Africa.

Or was it supposed to be like that?

Also, I'd appreciate it if someone could explain this part of the game thoroughly.

Are you sure it was a penalty and not a free kick?
