The Lions v Sharks and the Stormers v Bulls are playing each other wearing super hero costumes tomorrow.

Is there any way to watch it on British TV?

I've been trying to get hold of all four jerseys but I can't seem to purchase them anywhere... anybody got any ideas?

They not on Lovell.com ?? Thought I saw some superhero ones on there.

Just had a look and couldn't find them... if you do see them, do me a favour and post the link on here... the misses is primed with her credit card to order all 4 at the drop of a hat.

They do look cool, but where can I watch it on tv?

Also where do you buy South African Franchise (Super and Pro 14) jersey's in the UK?

Don't think it's televised over here.

I went in my local rugby jersey shop the other day (shop rugby) who do stock some Super Rugby jerseys and they didn't hold out much hope of getting hold of any.

Go on reddit on game day and im pretty sure you will find a link. It cant be illegal if your broadcaster does not broadcast it right?;)

Here you can buy the sharks jersey from their online store: http://sharksrugby.co.za/shop/

The Bulls jersey you can find here: https://bluebullsshop.co.za/

The lions one you can get here: https://www.brandzone.co.za/ or here: https://www.canterburystore.co.za/

The canterbury store claims you can buy the sharks jerseys there too but i can only see the sale of the super hero jerseys on the sharks website. Also notes that it seems like the Lions jersey is only selling as kids jerseys for now but check for yourself

Stormers jersey available here: https://www.stormersshop.co.za/#!/categories/108

Well I've ordered the Stormers and Sharks jerseys, for the Bulls and Lions there was only kids versions available but will log back onto their sites over the next few days to see if that changes.

Think I will do this too. If no British network is showing it then there are no victims. Also the South African advertisers will get an extra viewer!

Well to my knowledge, the jerseys wasn't available for sale up until late last week, and the shops in SA doesn't have any of them yet (at least in my area). I guess it was all part of the plan to have the players run out with it first and have the people buy it at the stadium for superhero sunday.

My guess is that the jersey's will be more freely available from this week onwards.

As for the 2 warm-up games. I got the feeling that all 4 teams held back a lot. So many errors and a lot of them leading to tries, especially in the Bulls vs. Stormers game.

I'm just happy they all had a good run out with little to no injury concerns.

With so many likely starters not playing there is not much to read into the games.
Good for the guys to get a running, some new exiting names for me
Stormers/Bulls had a more adventurous outing than the Lions/Sharks

I saw a lot of people in the stands (on tele) with new Marvel gear, should become readily available soon

Was at the games, was a fun time. I'm worried about the Lions this year, they were the only team to bring basically their starting 15 and looked pretty average.

As for injury concerns I could be wrong but Duncan Mathews and Mapimpi both looked injured before they went off.

There were plenty of jersey's at the stadium, I assume they will be released to the public from now on as the lads were saying.

This looked really popular. Why were pre-season games, particularly Capetown, so well attended? Good to see, including Marx's impression of a superhero for his try.

Agree on Lions. I think when you lose a top coach you can probably perform alright for a year with the same players. Some kind of muscle memory, retaining individual confidence and tips from training. Year 2 can have big drop offs. You could see last season the Lions relying so heavily on the maul, they were not the same team.

Was interesting, basically capacity, at the very least 50 000/55 000, one reason may have been the good marketing campaign (it felt like the sevens marketing a bit), another could be cheap tickets (We got prime seats for 80 SA Rands), lastly could be because it was at Greenpoint stadium and not Newlands. As a 28 year old who lives equally as far from both stadiums a day in Sea Point at that lovely stadium is just much more appealing then claustrophobic Newlands in an area with not much to do before or afterwards.
