Cnp seems the best from all I have tried. Pro recovery (& a pro Mr if your trying to build mass) straight after training & pro Mr at any other time.
Pro recovery has around 30g protei, 60g carbs (altho lot of which are sugars but are required after training) as well as BCAA's and glycergen. Best supplement I've ever tried, makes u feel up to another INTENSE sesh only hrs after one.
Pro Mr has around 45g of protein and very little carbs. Also contains a load of BCAA's.
