The future of Samoan rugby league will look very similar to the past.

Not so sure about that - a very cashed up NRL has been doing a lot more than it used to and their creating professional pathways for League that never used to exist.

Are Samoa's best players going to continue to play Samoa? Has anything been done about the ridiculous eligibility laws? I have seen it all before.
