What would you say is the highest impossible rugby score; as in, the highest number a single team cannot reach in the game of rugby union ?

4 is possible. In several leagues in recent years (including Varsity Cup rugby) unions have experimented with 2-point penalty rewards.

AKA sober Gaelic.

You probably mean Irish, but I'll let it slide. While Irish may look like it's a bit tipsy, at least it doesn't look like the aftermath of someone trying to sodomise a keyboard.

It's like Danish, Swedes always say the Danes sound drunk and stupid. The Finns, they don't say anything.

It would simply be the total gave time divided by the time it takes to run the pitch and that all times by 7. I'd say about 1,000.

There's 80 minutes in a game. If each restart immediately resulted in a try directly underneath the posts, then a converted try can be scored each minute. So that's a hypothetical 560-0 scoreline. But the only "plausible" scenario for this is where all the players from one team somehow gets carded in the first minute and points differential is hugely important to the other team for an unknown reason.
