On an unrelated not recently finally watched Knives Out and JoJo Rabbit. Really liked both not sure if either completely lived up to the hype but that's an extremely high bar to set. Knives Out did a good job of subverting the whodunnit genre and I look forward to the sequel although it will be hard to match the quality of the cast. Glad to see a revitalisation of the genre. JoJo had some really great moments and performances there's something I can't quite out my finger on that is a bit disappointing but it's a really good film overall. Sam Rockwell as usual is great and I'm a huge Taika Waititi fan. ScarJo deserves plaudits and gives a lot of heart to the movie but not entirely sure it deserved am Oscar nomination. Also watch Marshall there. Standard enough American Civil Rights courtroom drama but reading about him damn was Thurgood Marshall an impressive individual.
