[QUOTE="Canadian_Rugby_Guy, post: 8169"] I must point out certain things in what you say Dawie, as much as I am in agreement with sin leading to hell. We are not sent to hell as "justice" for our sins in this mortal life, there's purgatory for that. The thing about sin is that it leads you away from God. You are led away eventually to the point where you say who cares about God? I don't need him. This is where a person goes to hell. God loves every single one of the humans who have ever walked this earth, they are his children, no matter how vile they were in this life, he does not "send" anyone to hell. They send themselves. When you die it's like you need to make one last choice, God or no God. I don't think any fool in his right mind would actually say hell, but certainly there are fools who will say no God. It's never too late to become a good person, it's just that after alot of sinning and no attempts to stop, you can't see God anymore, and that will make harder, I don't know about impossible to get into Heaven. As for the Tsunami disaster, you ppl are saying bullshit about how this sounds much like the book of revelation and what not, the thing about revelation is that everything sounds like it, there are natural disasters all over the place, diseases all over the place, as Captainamerica mentioned, this is an imperfect world, if we're getting flooded and drowned it's possibly because we're doing ourselves no good by not praying.
