Looking at the Bellamy situation from an entirely neutral perpective (ie. I don't like him or Souness), I would have to agree with the club on this issue. Yes, Bellamy is being asked to play out of position, but he's a professional and should just get on with the job, rather than moaning about the manager. Souness has to deal with the resources he's got as best he can, and if Bellamy refuses to play where he wants him to, then I think Newcastle have got every right to get rid of him.

But the fact that Bellamy has played 20 games out of position shows he's willing to do a job for the club. I don't blame him for getting ****** off but Souness is the type of manager with the belief that you do it my way or you get lost, it's no wonder Shearer won't sign another contract with Newcastle for next season.

Just heard that Andy Reid will sign for Southampton in a â'¬6.5 million deal, doesn't seem the best move with the Saints going down. Pity he didn't get that move to Spurs earlier in the season.

Would certainly be a better move cause there's no chance of Spurs getting relegated.

Nicolas Anelka has signed for Fenerbache in a deal worth â'¬10 million, good move for City to get rid of him, just too temperamental, the only problem is they don't have enough time to replace him.

Shame that. Ah well, we've still got Fowler and Macken.......and the mighty Shaun Wright-Phillips of course.

No surprises to see Bellamy out of Newcastle for the time being, good signing for Celtic, let's see how he does under a proper manager.

Barry Ferguson is set to return to Rangers, after passing a medical and should sign a 5½ year contract.

Eric Djemba Djemba has completed a move to Aston Villa for â'¬2.5 million.

Andy Reid and Michael Dawson are on the way to Spurs after Forest accepted â'¬11.5 million for the pair.

Lol, Djemba Djemba

Why the hell did Man Utd sign him in the first place? He sucks..........

the look on the face of one of my mates ( a staunch Villa fan) when I told him that they'd signed Djemba Djemba was just priceless!

Paddy Power have already started paying out on Chelsea winning the league, if they don't he said he'd run past Stamford Bridge naked.

If it's a draw in the Arsenal Man Utd game then it pretty much is all over.

Bit of a ding-dong-derby tonight, United winning 4-2 at the Highbry library. good game actually.

Another big match performance from Keane, not quite finished yet. Cracking goals all round, great finish from Ronaldo. Arsenal should have had a penalty in the first half but that's what Pires gets for being such a diving cheatin ******* most of the time. Ashley Cole's dive was laughable. Silvestre's headbutt was idiotic. Deserved win for Man Utd, and a quality finish from John O'Shea capping off the win.

Silvestre is a legend now. I used to think he had no bottle about him but now I'm really loving his "get the f*** outta my f***ing face you f***tard!" attitude.

He'll get a 3 game ban for being a prick.

Petr Cech kept his run going with a penalty save yesterday, that 13 hours without conceding a goal, although his defence isn't exactly stretching him every game. Nice to see one of Schiemechel's records gone.

Another Chelsea win sees them 11 points clear, wonder what the margin will be at the end of the season. A late Duncan Ferguson winner gave Everton a boost in their champions league quest. Mediocrity again from Newcastle, although an away goal from Shearer from play still give you hope in a 1-1 draw with Man City. Other results saw Pandiani score twice on his Birmingham debut as they beat Southampton while there were 3 penalties missed as Fulham drew with Villa thanks to a last minute Lee Clarke header.

Some important results for the teams at the bottom, Palace were unable to beat Bolton at home and West Brom couldn't take the points at Norwich despite being the better team, good win for Liverpool to keep their champions league hopes alive, while Man Utd had a handy enough win over Birmingham with Keane getting his 50th goal. Newcastle again unable to win at home, what more can be said. Spurs beat Portsmouth 3-1 while Arsenal won this evening at Villa 3-1.

Was a handy win for us that, pleased with the second half display. Things are really starting to get bad at Newcastle?

Dismal is the word and we've got Chelsea in the Cup.
I know, you just can't avoid Russia at the moment, you got them in the Fizzy Pop Cup as well.
